IST 360º

Mandatory Training for New Senior Technicians

The training plan, named IST 360º – Initial Training and Integration Plan for Senior Technicians at IST, previously called CAT-IST, starting from January 2024, includes the respective schedule and assignment of training entities/trainers. It consists of three mandatory sequential training paths (modules) focused on skills development in transversal areas of public administration and IST, as well as complementary training paths (optional modules) organized by IST departments/services, considering the specificities of specialized job roles for different professional profiles.

Complementary training is available to the entire IST community and attendance is carried out by direct agreement between the employee and their Coordination. The following types of training are offered:

• Short Duration: offerings and registrations;
• Intensive, offerings and registrations;
• Internationalization@Home, offerings and registrations;
• External, offerings and registrations;
