Workplace Options (WPO) is a platform dedicated to creating healthier work environments, contributing to the well-being and health of people working at IST, providing free and confidential support, any day and at any time, on various professional and personal issues:

Emotional: psychological support, guidance, and referrals related to professional, personal, or family matters;
Practical: resources for professional and family life, dealing with dependent care, legal and financial issues, among others;
Physical: personalized coaching on topics such as physical fitness, nutrition, stress management, and other subjects;
Specific: a global team of clinical specialists to support complex cases and managers/leaders.

Confidentiality is the foundation of WPO’s service:

• All psychologists and WPO staff sign confidentiality agreements.
• Users have the option to remain anonymous.
• Access to the platform is through the WPO website, with a strict IST access code (PDF) (access is NOT through Técnico/Fénix credentials).
• No one at Instituto Superior Técnico will know that you contacted the program.
