Organization

The Human Resources Department (HRD) comprises:

– Technical Advisory Unit (AT), responsible for supporting the Department’s activities by preparing studies, reports, and information in its various areas of intervention, as well as developing IST’s human resources management tools.

– Human Resources Management Area (AGRH), responsible for developing the executive and administrative processes and procedures for staff management at IST, including recruitment, career management, work performance, and managing and providing related information.

The Human Resources Management Area includes four units:

  • Teaching and Research Staff Unit (NUDI)
  • Technical, Administrative Staff and Grant Holders Unit (NTB)
  • Work Performance Unit (NPT)
  • Customer Service and Documentation Unit (NAD)

– Well-being and People Development Area (ABED), responsible for developing and promoting training activities and initiatives aimed at the well-being of IST staff, as well as managing remuneration and social protection matters.

The Well-being and People Development Area includes three units:

  • Well-being and Work-Life Balance Unit (NBC)
  • Training and Development Unit (NFD)
  • Remuneration and Social Protection Unit (NUR)
