Evaluation (SIADAP)
The application of Article 18 of the State Budget Law for 2018 (Law No. 114/2017, of December 29) allowed, after a freeze since 2011, the implementation of mandatory changes in salary positioning.
Thus, in the absence of a revision of the Scientific Research Career Statute to include specific rules for performance evaluation, and without any adaptation of the general SIADAP regime to it, it becomes necessary to use the available legal mechanisms to assign evaluation to research staff, allowing them to benefit from this mechanism.
